I don’t know about you but I feel like the holidays has snuck up on me out of nowhere. Like, really? Are we a week out from Christmas already? I had so many plans to bake all sorts of goodies, visit friends, write holiday cards (okay, this is done - I just need to go buy some stamps!) and binge watch Christmas movies with Jack. I know I have plenty of time to do that over the holidays but I honestly can’t believe we are already here.

In the spirit of a holiday rescue, I partnered up with the lovely people at PAPYRUS to share some of the great goodies they have in store that can rescue your holiday. Many of the products are part of PAPYRUS’ in-house collection and make a perfect gift for any scenario you find yourself in. From hostess gifts to a last-minute present for a beloved teacher or simply a Secret Santa gift for the last day of work, PAPYRUS has you covered. Marcel Schurman is one-half of the husband-and-wife team that founded PAPYRUS in 1950, inspired by a love of fine art and a vision for products of uncompromising quality that provided the starting point for genuine personal connections. The Marcel Schurman line was the first collection created by PAPYRUS 65 years ago, and the brand was recently resurrected by PAPYRUS and expanded to include boxed stationery, wrapping paper, and gift bags.

I got to work writing down some of my ideas for the holiday season as well as working on my Christmas cards. Oh, and I ate a bunch of cookies too.

PAPYRUS North Pole Collection Snowman Plates (set of 2),$17.95: I love this snowman and snowflake set of appetizer plates. They are so perfect for little snacks or appetizers (or in my case cookies and bon-bons) and would also make a great gift!

Marcel Schurman Berry Wreath Boxed Cards (set of 6), $18.95: Who wouldn’t want to receive such darling cards in their mailbox?! This cozy letterpress holiday card set pairs a minimalist birch wood pattern with a bright berry wreath in a design that feels rustic yet refined. Each card is printed on 100% pure cotton rag paper with soy based inks.

Marcel Schurman Merry & Bouquet Small Gift Bags, (set of 2), $9.95: I can always use more gift wrapping and these little bags from the Marcel Schurman collection are just darling. Fun sprigs of greenery with foil accents adorn one bag while its coordinating bag reads, “Merry & Bright” on gold foil, making this set of bags elegant for the holidays.

PAPYRUS Red & Gold Metallic Duo Tissue Paper, $4.95: Red and gold assorted tissue paper featuring a pearlized finish. Includes 4 sheets of each color.

My Thoughts Gold Journal, $14.95: I’m a sucker for a great notebook and this one does not disappoint. I’ve using to write down all of my holiday to-do lists. Featuring a silky-soft, leatherlike cover, this foil-stamped journal has gilded edges and features 192 lined pages for writing and reflecting.

PAPYRUS Precious Metals Fine Tip Metallic Markers, $9.95: I remember when I was a kid and my Mom would write beautiful Christmas cards with her fancy gold and silver pens - these bring back great memories. Two deco style felt tip markers, one in silver, the other in gold, make writing and making art extra enjoyable. Metallic fine tip markers are great for writing on glass or dark papers.

Happy Holidays + Merry Christmas!
